[Tutorial] Starhub Users Only: uTorrent Settings

Starhub Users Only: uTorrent Settings - before 2X speed. on MOL Premium 12Mbps
as above.
Tools used/performed:
Hardware
Starhub MOL 12Mbps - fat green pipe
Dlink Router DIR-855 / Dlink DIR-655 / Linksys WRT54G
Motorola Modem 5121i
Software
Windows XP / Vista / 7
µTorrent 1.83 / 1.85 / please avoid anything above 1.85 - speed not very ideal but i still managed to get around my max speed but not any where near to the speed 1.83/1.85 is able to provide me.
tested with 2WIRE 2701HGV-E as router, downloads could be achieved BUT at bottleneck.

µTorrent > Options > Preference > Connection:
Check: Enable UPnP port mapping - uncheck if facing issue
Check: Enable NAT-PMP port mapping - uncheck if facing issue
Check: Add Windows Firewall exception
µTorrent > Options > Preference > Bandwidth
Maximum upload rate: 20 - 30 - depending on connection
Global maximum number of connections XXXX
Maximum number of connected peers per torrent: XXX
Number of slots per torrent: 4
check: use additional upload slots if upload speed < 90%
µTorrent > Options > Preference > BitTorrent
Check: Everything
EXCEPT: Limit local peer bandwidth
Protocol Encryption: Enabled
Check: Allow incoming legacy connections
µTorrent > Options > Preference > Advanced
bt.transp_disposition: 255 instead of the original 13 - reduced accordingly if your router COULD not take it
